Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven

Hotel was nice and clean although it was quite small.

The hotel room that we were assigned to was the smallest room on the back side of the hotel. It was dark and not safe. My sister and I had to go through so many changes for 30 minutes to one hour. Overall the hotel was not bad, but we did have a few issues. There was a large cobweb behind the door to the room. We found a water bottle under one of the beds that did not belong to us. I would never recommend this Hotel to anybody else. The front desk person was extremely rude to my daughter on the phone, and would not work with us to get a non-smoking room with 2 double bed. We had contacted him 2 times, and each one of the times he had the same rude behavior. We had to contact Best Western 800 number and put a complain. Then I spoke with the Manager at the Hotel, and she finally agreed to give a non-smoking room with 2 beds. I was about look for another Hotel that night. ...read more

We liked the hotel and will stay again. The room we had was on the back and very quiet. Very small area for eating breakfast though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but detail of cleanliness was less than attractive.

I loved loved this hotel.
